Practice Duration

500 km of practice seems quite a lot to me. I changed it to 300 km. E.g. 25hz speaks of 150 km before he felt save enough to ride in traffic. Also my wife did not ride more than 100 km before she felt save. Same with the other 3 riders I know personally.
