I have not been able to find 40mm x 10mm tubing anywhere online. Aircraft Spruce sells 1 inch x .5 inch 4130 which is the closest size I could locate. It means reinforcing the front with struts made from seat stays, not so elegant as the P4 style. If I could find 40 x 10 I would use it.
